An age old difficulty, but I don't think this applies any more to RPG players than to any other group. For instance, I have often had to handle disruptive people in healing circles and spiritualy focused activities. And that is with people who are commited to their community in at least one of several ways. So, no group is above disruptive members.

On a practical note, one of the best ways for me to adopt the 'right' attitude in the midst of conflict is to repeat to myself "I am important, and you are important too!" People who don't think they are important let others walk over them and we all know how much we dislike those who think others aren't important. So, yeah, we can have it both ways: we are important, we count, and so do the 'disruptive' players!
