Clever idea. Not sure I could ever find a group to play it, but it's an interesting take on things.

GURPS Time Travel included "psionic time travel" as a possible way to go, as did Cthulhu By Gaslight where various species get up to that kind of thing anyway. The appearances by ghosts before noted events is definitely an interesting spin on the notion. The more erratic the system, the more 'ghostly' the PCs will seem to observers.
