In the Primordial War, the primordials took a single human as a hostage and demanded that the Sun hand himself over to them.
And he did.
And then he used that opportunity to beat them at the Games of Divinity, throw open the doors of Yu-shan, and let the Solars come in and kick ass in his name.
But he didn't turn himself in as part of some plot to win the war. He turned himself in because he's so compassionate, he can't bear to see someone die that he could save. So he saved that human.
Sooo... how does one pay for something like this without a credit card?
The only answer I can think of that would not be better served by an inquiry to DrvieThruRPG's customer help line is, ask a friend with a credit card to buy it for you and pay him back in cash.

You can make a paypal account that's linked to your bank account, making it effectively digital checking. Or buy a prepaid gift mastercard/visa card at a store, and use that.
But paypal sounds like the best way in this situation.
