There have been complaints concerning Cryptosnark Games and a CD promotion that went out before Christmas. On behalf of Scott Lynch (owner and operator) I'd like to rectify a few things and offer up apologies for mistakes made.
Scott Lynch (the owner of the pdf company) has been completely out of contact for almost a month. Please accept our deepest apologies and know that we will do everything in our power to correct the mistakes made about the CD promotion that was sold right before Christmas. Various customers have not recieved copies that have been sent and this has only recently come to our attention. Sadly none of the packages sent were
certified.
Please ,if you bought the CD and didn't recieve it
, send me your email address and your snail mail address at
jennifer.c.hermey@uwrf.edu. I will make sure that the CDs are
reburned this week (thanks to a close friend) and after
reviewing what was included either refund what we possibly can or offer something else along with what was already there. We will also do our best to give you a sent date and hopefully you'll be able to respond with a recieved date.
Any further questions can be directed directly to me until Scott has
firmly returned online since he has been out of touch for about 3 and a half weeks now. I will make sure he gets the information.
However, please make sure the questions are directed to my email address since I'm one busy little bunny with research and
schoolwork. :) I will make sure to respond to any email, but can't
guarentee a response to a post.
Again, we apologize deeply for this mistake and will rectify it as
quickly as possible.
