Hey all! no pun intended, but....

do me a favor, Por Favor...

check this out...

The face isn't right... something about the back eye is ticking me off, but I'm not sure what I need to do with it right now.

If anyone has suggestions to get this guy straight, please let me know.. I've used reference, but I am still off target.

Thanks in advance.

To me it looks like you're showing too little of the far side. There seems to be a strong light source thing on the left side, cause I see feint outlines of the eye lashes for example. Maybe when a background color is painted in and the outline of the face is clearly visible it won't look strange.

I think you need to work on the bony structure of the eye sockets... the eyebrows look as if they are just floating above his eyes at the moment. Also, the right cheekbone seems a little flat and the nose could use a bit of work.

It looks to me that you are drawing each of the features at a different angle. I would try using a reference then build from there. I think it may help you to see some of the things that you didn't have "quite right".
