Hi there.
If you go to this stickied post here- http://forum.rpg.net/showthread.php?t=50619 at the top of the Freelancer's forum list you can find the Freelance Forum Guidelines. Basically, these guidelines outline the most expedient method we have found for work soliciction here. I'm sure they will help make your search here more fruitful :)
That said, some of the art I see on your site is very nice. I wonder, can you provide some background on them?
Also, what rates and what rights are you offering to your contributers?
Thanks for the opportunity and good luck on your search :)
If you're at all interested, there are links to my work in my signature below.

Yes, more info please! When you say 'adding to your existing team' are you referring to staff or freelance positions? Are you looking for cover or interior artists, color or black & white, environment or character illos, etc?
A general idea of rates would also help many of us decide if we're the right artists for you, and save you the hassle of sorting through off-target submissions.
thanks for sharing the opportunity!

Dear participants,
thanks to all who have posted. We are currently off to the US for Gencon Indy (booth 131 with Magnificent Egos if you wish to drop by with some samples). I will respond to all of you who have been in touch as soon as I get back.
The concept here is to join the ranks of freelancers for writing and illustrations. I currently am very lucky to have the talents of Amandine Labarre, Rik Martin, Rob Larson (Art) and Bryan Steele, Albion, Kevin Dearn and Duncan Wilson (writing).
In a nutshell I am particularly looking for B&W/Greyscale illustrations of cities/towns etc. It is high time that the World of Thargos was brought to life through its architecture, ambience etc.
Amandine is my weapon/map/object specialist with some new colour work on its way, Rik has really done an amazing job with the NPC's and creatures. His talent and superb pencil work has provided me with some very dark beings indeed totally in line with the grim descriptions that I provided him,and Rob has brought life to the colour covers through his own unique style.
As for writing, scenario writers for the Thargos Legends Campaign as well as game aids, new classes etc. are also sought after.
Speak to you all soon, either at Gencon, here or somehwere else!

I just completed working on Unorthodox Rogues for The Le Games which should be out shortly, so I'm free as a bird right now. This is the literature and poetry page for my personal website, if you'd like to see some of my work. (http://www.geocities.com/cognitive_dissidents13/MyPoetry/MyPoetry.html?) You can also see my psionic ninjas for 2E AD&D in issue #255 of The Dragon, if you have a copy. I am interested in any chance to do more writing. :D
