Hi all :-)

I've recently reached the point where I simply do not physically have enough space to keep all of my sci-fi books any more and I'm looking to get rid of them and would rather they went to a good home rather than just throw them out.

So I'm basically thinking of bundling them if they're series and then just charging the shipping fee plus whatever I can get (including nothing) for them just to free up some space.

Does anyone have any advice? do people actually buy second hand paperbacks and hardbacks from Ebay?

You can sell them on Ebay; expect to get about $0.25 to $0.50 per book for a mixed lot of SF/Fantasy. Bundling them by series or author will frequently help; if you list 20 Heinlein books in a single lot, for instance, they'll usually do better.

PM me if you'd like with a list of what you've got, I may be interested.

You're in the UK, so I'd be interesting in having a look at what you're selling; PM me if you're interested.

As far as Ebay goes I've bought a couple of OOP books I was looking for from there along with some bundles; it's a bit too much hassle to go through for a single book unless I'm really looking for it though, so I prefer bundles.

I'm just starting up the process really so no lists as of yet but I'll get on it and I'll put a list on here before I go to Ebay. $0.50 sounds good to me as long as people pay to take them off my hands.

I'll get to writing up a list and I'll let you know. Thanks.
