Since it is a tablu rasa, I thought I would jump in here and introduce my self and my artwork.
My name is Storn Cook, I'm a freelance illustrator and I do much of my work in the gaming industry.

That is all nice and well, but what I'm curious is how many other artists and writers are actually full-time employeed in this industry and frequently hang at RPGnet?

Hey Storn. I'm here all the time, it's a great source of information. I'm also pretty much a full time artist like yourself, most of it in the gaming industry, but I would like to branch out, particularily into concept design for movies or games, etc. Btw, I've been to your site before, I like your work. I expect your probably quite busy.

I'm not very active these days, but I hang out here.

I have to get cracking on my demo reel, so I'll be spending most of the next few months making 3d models and not gaming art. Well, not this type of gaming, anyway.

Wow Eric, I can't believe you even like glimpsing my work. Your stuff is amazing. Very dynamic, great stuff! I'm humbled.

Bryce, we've met at Gencon a few times. I hope that your forays into the technical art/3d stuff (not sure what the correct terms are...I'm such a dye-in-the-wool traditionalist) are succesful and fun!

Hey everybody. If you've never taken a look at Storn's work, I highly suggest doing so. He has a very nice website.

I've admired Storn's work many times, and Eric Lofgren is my favorite artist, and Darren Calvert (the artist for Misguided's avatar) is also one ass-kicking artist.

And I could name a bunch of other great artists, but there's not enough room! And I would like to thank the academy,...

Matt, whose real purpose here was to test his avatar

So I have an Avatar by Dan Smith :)

I'll probably get around to having a Matt Drake one at some point, too, though, since I'll be rotating the avatar to include Sparks images now and then :)

Hey gang.

I'm a relatively new reader/poster on RPGnet. I've been a gamer since a little after I could read (probably could describe most of y'all). Only recently have I decided to start writing for the RPG industry. I've learned a lot in the short time that I've been here.

I'm currently developing a d20 campaign world. Once I have a bit more to share, I'll be glad to let you guys have a look at it.

Until then, hey gang!

An artist working in 3D named "Bryce"...that's kind of funny (no offense intended) :)
Do you have a website?

I get that a lot. So I make it a point not to use it, I do my modelling in 3dsMAX.

Sadly, I have no website. The most current 2d work is the Catfight Brawl edition from James Ernest Games. The most current 3d work is ages old Quake 2 models available at www.polycount.com
