when it was in print in 1997.
It was cheap;
but it's been OP for about 8 years.

I can't find it for sale in a Google search.

I don't know of any Web-Based,
Free/Public OP RPG Price Guide.

I see very little interest or demand for this
particular RPG System/World on the web.

Therefore I have no idea
of how much I should offer for this item.

I'm willing to pay $15 as an intitial offer.
Given the info that I DO have above,
I would guess that my offer is generous.

Being that I recently became enamored of the glory that is Waste World it is my suggestion where to start (sadly only have the main rulebook )
