I'm an open minded guy, and I'm all for freedom in campaigns. Kinky sex endemic to the setting? Fine. Murder, betrayal, and paranoia routine? Great. Mind games between players and GM both in and out of game. Sure. People's real life relationships ruined and homes burned down? Whatever.
