Tom Vasel's Summary:

I liked it, because I have a fascination with Australia, and it was a fairly easy, fun game. Still can be vicious, still can have some of the problems associated with crayon rail games - but fun enough.

good review. I think I'll eventually pick up Australia 'cause I'm interested in that map. Are the desert storms as vicious as the Meteor Strikes can be in Lunar Rails? I lost segments of track in two different areas in one Meteor Strike ... I could have survived one, but both happening wiped me out of the game (there was only 1 demand card left in the deck before reshuffling that would have been useful...).
