Sheers for the developments and a couple of questions:

On location. Is the new location as good as the previous one? I mean, will your existing consumers be benefited with the location of the new premises or will it be an incovenience? And will it allow you to attract more people?

Second, on staff. Are you going to increase the staff now? How do you plan to train them? How are you doing to keep your existing staff updated on the new or increased range of products that you sell? After all, one of the main complains by people that go to stores is ignorant or indiferent staff.

(I realise that each of this questions could be turned into a column on itself. Who knows, it will happen.)
