He want the money first or the trade objects and dont send anything.

If anyone had bad experiences with him too or tried to go to law and start proceedings against him, i would be glad if he can message me for more information. Maybe we could help together.
You can mail me too to Elliott.LJ@web.de
I hope i could warn and help you so you dont get screwed or cheated by that bad guy.

I don't know how the laws work over there, but in the U.S. you can turn him in for mail fraud (which is a felony here) if the arrangements or money/trade items were sent by mail. Good luck

Here on RPGnet, thats the problem for me. Here in germany i need to have a contract to go to law with that. Even though i have his bank information/account and his adress. I dont have a chance here to make anything against him. :(
I thought about to drive to him, but he lives in denmark, its a really long way... mostly to far away. Its about 600-700 kilometers.
:edit:
Thanks vestinious, but i dont have hope with that anymore.

Being one of us, getting screwed over by a fellow RPGnet'er is even worse (well its the same i suppose), its just not on.
A lot of us trade/sell/buy from others, Im happy to send stuff any where in the world and find it anoying that people use this forum to do this to others.
There must be someway for you to recover your money, but im no expert.
Still sorry to hear that this as happened to you.
Rog.

I’m sorry to play devils advocate…but could you provide a bit more details? What is his RPGnet username? How long ago did the transaction occur? Have you tried talking to him about it? eMail? Phone? Private Message?

Thats the problem grubman.
I wrote my needs here in forum, but he didnt answer here or per pm, he did it via email and that is my decay.
That happened January 2006.
Yes i tried to talk with him about his scam, but after a while he just erased his email adress so i got an automatic response that the email adress dont exist.
His email adress was starwarsdanmark@gmail.com but like i said not any longer.
I have his full adress and it seems that i have his full job adress too.
Also i have his complete bank account, otherwise the money wouldnt transfered.
If any moderator or admin read this... I hope you can make a sticky scammer thread so everyone can post if he got screwed too and all can see with whom they better dont trade. Feel free to pm me too if you/we want to make it together.
