I know of a Buffy the Vampire Slayer game thats being/been LARPed.
Who else has tride to LARP a table top game?
What was it?
How much of the system did you have to change?
How did it go?

I'm running an Unknown Armies LARP - there's a link to my webpage and the actual play thread in my sig.
So far it's going pretty well... I needed to tweak the rules around a little to make it more condusive to playing without dice... but in this case I just dropped everything from percentlile to 1-10, with 1 being the base for minor checks and free skills. I then use a deck of cards with 1-10 of each suit and a single joker to provide the "diceroll".
Draw under skill/stat for successes.
Draw exactly on skill to get a matched success (alas, no matched fails - just couldn't work it)
Draw a joker for a critical/fumble - result is determined by the colour of the card on a second draw. Red = critical, black = fumble.
Obsessions or passions let you draw 2 and choose.
Health is 10x body stat.
Hand to hand / close combat damage = the card drawn (+any mods)
Firearms = card drawn = 10s, draw a second card for the units.
Other than that, the rules are not that different.
