Grazzi :)
If anyone out there wants to take a crack at a Hindu-themed Mythic India in the Sanctum mold (i.e. with Warlocks based on Raksasha, Naga, etc.) please let me know. I think it'd make a perfect companion piece to this article.

I'm just saying this tentatively, since you don't have a reason to trust me anymore, but I have been fooling around with Hindu Mythology. I don't know much about ancient Indian culture, but maybe I could figure out a way for human Asuras to be fighting warlock Devas in the modern day supernaturalified India of Sanctum: Bodhisattva?
And anyways, if I get started now I'll have more time since next month is already scheduled, so I would have pretty much two months at least.
Anyways, on making the Hindu side of things different...
well the Hindus beleive in the whole spiritual caste thing and Nirvana, which is quite simmilar to Buddhist Enlightenment. However normally the Hindus actually think that the pursuits of the flesh are noble pursuits, if done right. So while your Buddhist paladins are fighting Demoniac sleezebags, my Asura asskickers will be excorcizing nihilistic Devas, who are bassically like god-voiding demons, the ultimate expression of enemity with the many Hindu gods. Whereas the Asuras are the champions/offspring/ect. of the gods, so kind of like demigods.
Im pretty sure I could adapt that to Sanctum... *thinks*
Yeah. Let me work on it. I know I can redeem myself!

Er, I got Asuras and Devas backwards. Devas good, Asuras bad.

Interestingly, Zoroaster made the same reversal when he invented his religion.
Sanctum: Asura sounds like an interesting idea to me. As always, I'd love to see an outline before you get too deep into it. (Helps with my advanced planning an' all.)
Any other takers? Other article ideas? I've got a whole new year to plan!
