While I have no interest in running a hobby shop, as a person with a supervisory job and no formal business education, I have to say I liked reading what you had to say about what feels to me like an abstract subject, managing people. I would like to know more of your thoughts on two other subjects that also feel pretty abstract to me in your list, which are objectives and obligations.
