Interesting, but too close to true to ever make me want to game it.
I for one am devoutly glad the 80s are dead and gone.

One important addendum - Punk Girl Would Be Really Pretty If She Tried.
As all male villains (and female villains in leather jackets and ankle boots) will point out.

I dunno - back then I thought that PG was cute as she was. Although that might make a good alternate cliché for her:
Cliché (social): Cleans up nicely, doesn't s/he? - When freshly showered and dressed in conventional or formal clothes, your character is markedly more attractive - to the point of being unrecognizable as him/herself. Provides 2 bonus dice on seduction or disguise attempts.

Well, it is something to be pointed out by villains, or authority figures, to appeal to rebellious youth types by making them identify more strongly with PG. Or possibly an attractive-but-not-punky guy, early in the decade.

Heh.
