I've been holding out for the revised edition that has all of the eratta with it... but I'm really, really, finding it difficult to not run out and get the current edition in light of that GI Joe thread over thataway.
How big/essential is the eratta document? Just out of curiosity?
It's pretty critical to make the gear system work right. Not that the gear system is necessarily wrong now. But, it's organized in such a way that makes it difficult to use.
Other than that, it's not that big of a deal. You can pretty well read through it once or twice. I'd get some of those sticky flags you can find in any office supply store, and mark the bits that have errata you care about. One of the nice things about the Spycraft errata is that it's always been easy to find things in them.

To give you a good idea of what's corrected, you can head over to the Crafty Games website (http://www.crafty-games.com/dnn/Downloads/Spycraft20Downloads/tabid/87/Default.aspx) and download the file called "Spycraft 2.0 - First Printing Errata 2.1". That's what supposed to be fixed in the second printing. :)
