Putting New Wave out of business?

So has anyone thought of sueing New Wave Mail Order and putting them out of business? I mean, they suck.

Hi Joe,

How much of my working capitol should I sink into a lawyer instead of investing in putting product out of the door? Also, should I sue distributors who don't pay me within 30 days of receiving their orders instead of waiting until they move product out their door?

What would I gain out of sueing--an adolescent's satisfaction of revenge--I'll read Jack Vances: Demon Princes novels instead, much less costly and I'll be further ahead monetarily anyway.

I've seen another board with complaints against New Wave. If it's that bad, just give it time and they will hang themselves. Bad reputations are easy to get and hell to get rid of.
