[Consoles] What's the 'definitive' UFC videogame?

Is there one title that's considered the 'best' of the series (UFC specifically, or any related)?

I hear Pride on PS2 and K1 are both pretty good; Tapout 2 seems to be the better of the UFC-specific titles. Any thoughts?

I think the new one is going to be the best martial arts game ever. It looks so friggin' awesome, the trailer is in YouTube, just search for "UFC game".

UFC: Sudden Impact for PS2 didn't really do it for me.. It's not even close to the realism i want from a mixed martial arts game.. I haven't played the ones you mentioned, but Pride looked very, very bad when my friends played it.. Fights last about 10 seconds against human players..
