Mike \"Talien\" Tresca's Summary:
It’s probably impossible to please every DM with the conclusion, but CIF does an adequate job of providing a definitive ending to a story arc. I just wish it were a little less squicky.

Re OGL & Squicky Content - I think you're confusing the d20 STL (licensing using of the d20 trade mark), which does have rules vs 'adult' content, with the OGL, which does not.

The d20 logo/trademark is on the cover of the book, so I think that applies in this case.

Good reviews! And I really appreciate the info you're putting in about how you crafted all the Freeport advenures together; I want to do the same thing and especially Black Sails/Crisis takes a little crafting.
I had the same reaction to this adventure - I'm OK with a little bit of pirate rape for grittiness' sake, but lordy! It was a very inconsistent feel with other Freeport scenarios.
