Terrible Ebay Seller (lostshade)

I recently purchased some items from This seller and they said they shipped but they were returned undeliverable. The address they said they sent to is the SAME ADDRESS I always receive packages at from Ebay and otherwise so if it did get returned it was their fault and I told them so. I never heard from them again after waiting several weeks I placed a dispute with Ebay and Paypal. They failed to respond so I reported them to the Trust and Safety team and left very NEGATIVE feedback. I would advise no one to buy from this seller as they have totally screwed me without any response at all. AVOID THIS THIEF AT ALL COSTS!!!

I had a problem like this with White Wolf several years ago. Never did get to the bottom of it, though. Especially since my roommate was able to receive items they shipped to the same address.

As a counterpoint, I've had nothing but excellent experiences with lostshade and (judging by his feedback) I'm not the only one.

Have looked at the sellers recent feedback, may I ask why you could not get a refund through paypal - my understanding is that if he couldn't prove delivery with a confirmation number from the Post Office (not sure what it is exactly in the states) then this should be an open and shut case.
