I have one on my shelf that I never look at anymore. I'm contemplating selling the thing, but I can't seem to find where on Ebay or all these marvelous sites what sort of price I can get for it.
I'm not entirely sure if I should even bother, but if I'm sitting on a substantial collector's item I might be persuaded to part with the thing.
How much does one of these books tend to go for?

In 2005 when I was selling books of that Games Workshop Vintage (later 80s, early 90s) , a good copy of Rogue Trader would go for $30-50.
Right now there is on listed for $65.95 (Paperback) and $74.25(Hardback) on Amazon. But, who knows if they are actually selling at those prices, or someone is just being hopeful.
On eBay, there's two copies. One's going for $51.00 (http://cgi.ebay.com/Rogue-Trader-Warhammer-40-000-RPG-Rule-Book_W0QQitemZ310025893407QQihZ021QQcategoryZ7389QQssPageNam eZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) and the other is going for $0.99 (http://cgi.ebay.com/Warhammer-40-000-Rogue-Trader-1987_W0QQitemZ270214848395QQihZ017QQcategoryZ2547QQssPageNam eZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem). Both are hardcovers, and the cheaper one has the common issue of loose pages.
Also, AbeBooks has a copy listed at $47.58 (http://www.abebooks.com/servlet/SearchResults?sts=t&tn=warhammer+rogue+trader&x=0&y=0).
So, ignoring the insane markups that are standard on the Amazon marketplace, around $50 seems like a fair price if it's in good condition. Both the eBay copies have bids at their current prices.
