Publishing a Comic

Hi everyone, I've become involved in a comic book publishing venture as sort of the project coordinator and co-writer. This is a first for me, having previously only published in the gaming industry. I was wondering if anyone could point me to the location of some standard rates for collorists, illustrators, etc. I'd like to have some idea where to start from, but haven't a clue.
