Don't you love it and hate it when someone says something that hits the nail right on the head?
Our local gaming club has been faltering this year, and we don't have a good focus. We try to be all things, serve all gamers, but in doing so we don't serve anybody well. We talked about it with our leadership, and next year we're restructuring into a focused board/card gaming club. We have to exclude a few people, but at least we know what we're trying to be!
