If I get money, this will take care of the family issues. I'm buying my mom's car, my room mate is buying my car for $500.00. He can't pay for it until his stimulus check gets here, and she doesn't want me to give him the car until he pays, but he needs it to get to the new job it sounds like he just got. But she needs the money for things on her end, thus I'm selling this stuff even though I don't really want to so all parties can win. :( And based on current performance, I feel like I'm wastuing my time and money on listing fees...
