So, another character will be playing a Human using a Huge great sword.

I have decided I ought to use the smallest weapon possible (and still be able to seriously prod buttock), and therefore, logically, the smallest character possible.

Unfortunately, I cannot for the life of me find a Tiny race with +1 or +0 level adjustment. Ideally, it should also provide decent bonuses to Dex or Int.

Pixie's LA is just too painful for me at the moment.

If you're DM allows 3rd party stuff -

Check out Arcana Unearthed and the Quickling. No ECL, +2 Dex, -2 Str, +1 Inititiave, +1 AC.

Of course you may have to ignore a few things depending where campaign takes place, and make minor adjustments to things like "+4 to sneak" (just switch to move silently).

Ooh! At level 3, the Quickling becomes Tiny and gets another +2 dex, flight, +2 attack and +2 ac (cause they're tiny), and for some reason do not need to enter an enemy's square to attack him!

Yeah, if you're planning on sticking with 3.x you may want to pick up a copy of Arcana Unearthed before they get too hard to find. TONs of options - it really belongs in everyone's 3.x library. It's better than testing PfRPG Alpha/Beta IMO (though I'll probably get that too, when its final is out).

I use a (slightly) modified version of the Diamond Throne setting and have it located in the furthest southern regions of Xen'Drik on Eberron. Loads of fun (when the PC's can make it that far south :D)
