Probably not a game I could run myself, as it's a tad bit close to home, but it would certainly be easy to visualise the locations...

If you don't like Edinburgh,try Johns Hopkins Medical Centre (in Baltimore, Maryland, a short drive from Washington DC) in the 1950s, when the very first work on heart surgery and organ transplants were done. In the heart of the cold war, another one is going on as the dead stalk the streets of America's capitals.
Also in Baltimore around the same time they established the Nurse's Longitudinal Study, which collected biological samples from 100,000 women. That's a LOT of sympathetic magic in one central location.
