A question...

When ever I scan in an image, I always get a thin white area around the boundaries of my shaded areas. The area is between the actual outline and the shading. (Im not using Adobe yet, Ive got it , but havent installed it yet after I had to format my hardrive). An ideas how to correct this, or do I just have to go in and touch up the areas with the program.

Could you post an example for us to have a look at? It's not exactly clear what you're dealing with.

Hmm, yeah, I'd like to see an example posted to get a better idea of what you mean.

Without seeing it, it sounds like maybe your scanning program is automaticaly using a sharpening filter on the image set to too high a level for your tastes. Wild guess though.

Actually I installed photoshop and it's not a problem now. Thanks anyway.
