Okay, so I've tried to register a guild. I got the nine signatures, THE CHARTER IS IN MY MAIN BAG, but still when I click register it doesn't do anything at all. I can't find anyone having the problem even after putting it in the main bag. Ideas?

You need 10 signatures?

I've got it filled, I have all the signatures. It won't let me do anything.

Should this thread not be in VGO?

I don't know I did a search for this problem and there was another thread here in this section where someone else had the same problem, but moving the charter to the right bag fixed it for them, but it didn't for me, so I started the thread in the same place. -shrug-

Unfortunately, that's all I can think of to do, also. It's a shame they've been so overloaded lately that a GM probably won't show up for at least a day...
Do you have to pay for the charter before or after you get signatures? I just created my first guild a few weeks ago and now I can't remember... But if you have the money and the signatures in your bag, and you're returning it to the Guild Master fellow, I can't think of any other reason it wouldn't work.

Yeah, I got plenty of money, already purchased the charter and got all the signatures. How do I open a ticket?

There is a little red ? in the boxes at the bottom of your screen. Clicking on it should ask if you want to open a GM ticket.
