Contracts and Forms

I need to find good contract forms for artists (cover and interior) and writers, as well as work for hires.

Does anyone now of a good source, or do I have to hire a lawyer in order to have them drafted?

Just to add some complexity to that, I'm Canadian. So our laws are different from the U.S. If any Canadian game publishers can answer this question, well it would be immensely helpful.

My U.S. compatriots, feel free to offer advice as well. Any help would be welcome.
