Does anyone know how to get or have the demo (including pregens) that goes along with Worldwide Game Day for the release of MM2? I'd like to run this adventure for my gaming club in about 2 weeks.

*double shrug*
Sorry. It doesn't even appear to be available via illicit means, though since I'm not a pirate I don't have access to the darkest and most terrible secrets of their fell art.

Not making any rounds yet, yep.

Both my wife and I ran this at different times on the gamesday, so we still have a copy in the shrink. But in order to acquire it you must solve a series of challenges, each more devious than the last.

Can anyone give me the encounter details for this module? I want to run a close approximation of it for my gaming group here in Japan.

I ran this for my FLGS so I still have my copy. I was strongly influenced by some posts on the WoTC forums about adding some more fluff to the adventure, I'll post a link later but It should be easily searchable.
really short form, I'll expand later.
The PCs are a preexisting group of adventurers who have operated out of a fort/abbey for almost a year. They helped fend off a large orcish raid, which earned them the favor for the fort. The party has been de-orcing the area for a couple of months now.
An important feature of the the abbey is a book of writing and prophecies written by a powerful Silver Dragon who ruled the area a century ago.
The party returns to the fort in the early morning, to find it at high alert, it's soldiers searching for something. The abbot quickly confides that a Kobold wrympriest has snuck into the abbey and stolen the book of prophecies (possibly via a mostly-inactive magic circle.
The party will either offer to help or be offered a parlty 150gp each for recovering the book.
Scouts from the fort locate the Kobold's trail in a nearby cave, so the PCs (hopefully spring into action)
location: cave. there is a low cliff to one side, to give the drakes and harpy access to the parties flank
2 Bloodseeker Drakes (MM2)
2 Terrorblade Orcs (custom?)
1 kobold wrympriest (MM1)
1 Harpy (MM1)
The Kobold is supposed to be the one who took the book, and she's supposed to flee with the harpy when bloodied or on round 3, however with 36HP, this is an absurd idea. I suggest that this is a different wrympriest, and the PCs get to see the 1st one escape via harpy just before the fight.
The orcs and drakes charge in or flank, surrounding weaker looking people so they can dog-pile on bloodied targets. The harpy controls/skirmishes and the kobold blasts from the back (and complains that their leader-abilities only work on kobolds).
There is some minor coin reward here 80gp? and a letter suggesting that the Wrympriest is taking the book to a Silver Dragon's old lair, to do a ritual!
location: deeper in the caves
2 rock-something scarabs (MM2)
2 Rust monsters (MM2, yay!)
1 Arbalester (MM2) I refluffed this to a stone-hurling rock-elemental, to prevent the other monsters from eating it
The party encounters a single orc with a head-start, who runs through this area and escapes in a canoe.
loot: a +2 cloak of resistance, under a rock-slide and a 6-humanoid raft
Skill challenge time, extreme rafting!
victory: 10 successes before 3 failures, you arrive at the other cave and locate the ritual site
partial: 10 successes before 6 failures, as above, but the wrympriest has recovered from the ritual
failure: 6 failures, you destroy your boat once or twice and the trail goes cold :( alternatively, you piss off some spirits of Ancient Nerath and get drowned.
special rule: the trip is long and there is little time to rest, as such if you fail a check, you can make an endurance check (one per character) to recover the situation, negating the failure.
1st part: rafting. nature/perception to follow the path, thievery to repair the boat
2nd part: extreme rafting! acrobatics/athletics/endurance to stay on board and keep the raft in shape
3rd part: rafting. nature/perception to follow the path, thievery to repair the boat, perception also spots a spare boat with some treasure in (magic boots of +1 speed, can't remember the name)
4th part: Ancient Nerathian dead. (I'm not making this up). the raft is stopped by powerful ghosts from Nerath. diplo/bluff/arcana to ask for safe passage, history to aid, if the rust monsters have nom-nom-nomed on magic weapons/armor, diplo to trade the resulting residium for replacement magic items
5th part: rafting in tunnels. perception to spot the path, arcana to sense magic and follow the path, thievery to repair the raft.
location: more caves
2 Orc Terrorblades (custom?)
1 elite Orc eye of Grummish (MM1, customised)
1 elite dragonkin-kobld thing (custom)
tactics: pretty much an all-melee scrum :( The Kobold has taken on part of the Dragon's power and is now an elite brute with a flyspeed, when bloodied she uses a fear-burst and rages more.
If the party didn't get 3 failures in the skill challenge, the Kobold also has vuln 5 to all damage until bloodied, as a side-effect of the ritual
I can provide specifics later, as I'm currently without my books.
edit: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1190397 a very useful thread for running this adventure.

Navigating the Wizards website and managing to get signed up as a GM for the RPGA, I think. Certainly, WotC seems to have made navigating their website a devious task.
Of course, the current reward for doing so is no longer getting that adventure, so you may also need to invent a working time machine. Hard to say which task is the more difficult.

I created a map which might be useful for running the skill challenge:

Could I get the general map details. Nothing too specific (unless your feeling generous). Just what kind of encounter area and about how large.
