Uhm, something I finished today. . . Yay is me. :)
This was an experiment, but I don't really like the out-come. . . To many stars *is blinded* O_O Or can we say snow? It looks more like snow then stars. Bah.

nice idea the only thing i dont like is the glow on the dragons, you should try applying the washes on wet paper and using a blend to getthe glow me thins rather than building it up layer by layer.
perhpas your painting style would suit acrylic better if you like that method of painting
other wise nice idea,

The harmony in the balanced layout of this one is truly excellent. Very playful which is what you were after, I'm sure. And the overall concept is very nice. Perhaps the glow on the dragons could be brought down a bit. So too with whatever the two yellow orbs are. Maybe black out some of the stars as well and darken up the sky with some deep blue or purple. I wouldn't give up on it just yet, at any rate.

I just noticed another thing. The compostion is just about even above and below the horison line. If you dropped the horizon line down a bit, the composition would revitalise itself. Go with the classic 3 thirds division on the paper. One or two thirds above the horizon or below the horison.
