Any ideas on how to reduce my shipping costs.
I produce a carrying case called the battlepack and it's quite large.
53 cm by 34 cm by 17 cm but light under 5 lbs.
I ship from Canada to the US and UK. Shipping within Canada is relatively cheap, but once it crosses a border the costs mount quickly.
any advise would be greatly appreciated

I don't know what shipping option you are currently using so its hard to make comparissons. But:
1) Get US and UK distribution agreements so you can ship product to those destinations in quantity and have your distribution partner handle local shipping for orders there.
2) Just charge more for shipping.
This asume you are talking about individual unit sales. If you are shipping near pallet loads of stuff to various destination you'll have several more cost effective options available to you. If that is your case, e-mail me and I'll go over them with you.
