Well, assuming you're talking about where to stick it on RPG.net, try the Ads & Open Promo forum (if you haven't already).

Outside of RPG.net, this (http://forum.rpg.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=251) thread sums up some "Spam Receptacles" :) that would be more than happy to take your press release.
