Having been fascinated by all the fantastic entries into the Artists Bootcamp on the Sea Orc I found the time to make an entry.
However; seeing as I entered late in the game, there doesn't seem to be much interest in the thread. I was hoping for a wider critique. There are not a lot of monsters in my portfolio and though I don't think I stand a chance of winning the competition I am posting my entry here as well as on the bootcamp thread in hopes of seeing if I can "cut the mustard"

So if it doesn't offend anybody or break any rules:
This is a two hour endeavor from blue line to final signature. The blue line is covered with a variety of grades of pencil. From 3H to 4B.
I hereby lay my neck on the block. . .
Is that an axe . . . cutting the air. . .
