Hello all, been a while since I posted any work...about 2 months ago MetalMan et al hooked me up with JAG Games for a post-apolyptic project-(Thanks again,guys!)-at last here's a piece up for scrutiny...
'The Boneyard' is basically Phoenix,AZ x years from now...it's a nasty place, and this 'visitor's guide' is tongue-in-cheek...

I think this is a fantastic map. Easy to read, the images around it give a hint to various structures and types, the skull and crossbones implimenting a restricted area is cute.

I think it looks grand.

Nice! The map is exceedingly well done. Like the illustrations as well and the dark humor comes across very dry - just the way I like it.

Only crit I have at all is that at this size/image format the font sometimes gets some confusing artifaction (I thought areas 2 and 3 were "The Judgement Brome" and "The Bistro Point"). Not a biggie, but spent a few minutes wondering if #3 was some kind of nuclear restaurant... of course I haven't had my coffee yet, so take that with a grain of salt.

Good point-unfortunately, the map does stand a little out of context, without the text of the book. The Judgement Drome is actually a sort of drive-in Courthouse and the Distro is a Distribution center...LOL...
Also, it was designed as a full 16x10 spread, and to be viewed as such- I've found that reducing maps for display, even at my site gallery, occasionally diminishes the legibility of the map...an unavoidable hazard of the job!
