2) How much will such a print run cost (assuming of course that the book is paperback)

1. It depends, but the best answer I can give is "a few thousand", depending on what the game is, how aggressively you're marketing it, how good your distribution is, and so on. Base your print run on the pre-orders you've received from distributors.

2. Depends entirely on the size of the book, the number of pages, the paper stock, the cover stock, the binding and so on.
