It takes a thoroughly masterful lack of sense to not only include this power in a Babylon 5 book but to also give it this embarrasingly silly name.
Honestly, this product sounds like the writer(s?) watched part of season one, thought they'd include a bunch of those extraneous freighters you'd see outside the station for some reason, decided this was all too much work and pulled the rest of the information and all of the pics off the web. And then put in sphincter mastery.
