At some point if the sales go we'll we're going to do a stripped down player's book which is the bare essentials for players which will be pretty small.

That would make a good introduction book, one that could hook people into the bigger one. I would not consider buying a 632 pages book unless I was really interested in it. Why not putting together a pdf based on that 'How do I play this' section in order to give a taste of the game for people like me?
