Whilst this assumption may prove true in many cases, I think targetting an RPG at 11 year old girls and requiring a full set of polyhedral dice is an unnecessary bar to entry. The system isn't that complex that something similar couldn't have been achieved using all d6s IMO. Perhaps just noting an alternative in the rule would have been sufficient.
