I feel obliged to add a comment to any review of a Shadowrun product by Cain. Over on the Dumpshock forums, he has been waging a bizarre war against the 4th Edition since before it came out.
Anyone trying to use this review as a guide to buying Ghost Cartels or not should be aware of Cain's history. I see from skimming this thread that a number of other posters are issuing the same warnings.
