OK, an hour early, here are the rules! There are 3 categories of ingredients in play:
System,
Setting, and
Tagline/blurb. All entries must contain
Five ingredients in total, including
at least one ingredient from each category.

The ingredients!
SYSTEM
- There is a goal based system that gives experience for character improvement
- Characters' skills are generated / recorded using a mind map with their placement affecting their value
- Characters draw from a common pool of skills/traits that they must share.
- Character creation is based on archetypes, but characters may change archetypes during downtime.
- Rules must enforce a character life expectancy of 1 to 3 play sessions and must include an inheritance system.
- Game must allow that any skill can be used as a combat skill.
- Physical and emotional recovery/healing occurs only through alignment/code of conduct based deeds.
- Damage in combat is not random.
SETTING
- A world filled with Shapeshifters
- "Monsters" are not real life forms. They condense out of the air / some other medium to attack people when it is disturbed.
- Insanity is a viral-like disease that is spreading like a plague.
- Mercantilism, Political intrigue, and War are bound within the rules of "the Game".
- A world where "counting coup" has deep meaning and tangible rewards, both physically and spiritually.
- A world where mana can be gleaned / mined from some natural resource
- Caste structure. Does not need to be linear, with someone on top and someone on bottom, just division of roles / identities / expectations.
- All life, good and bad, occurs only in contained, isolated zones separated by vast areas inhabitable only by those with great power.
