There do indeed seem to be a massive stack of previous Cthulhu material. The background material in all of these is perfectly compatible with D20 - there's supposed to be a D20 Delta Green coming out at some point but I was fortunate enough to be able to get hold of the BRP originals and there's very little in there that can't be used for CoC D20, for instance.
