You missed the point. Dragons & Gods is already out. It's mainly for Palladium Fantasy, but it has conversion notes for Rifts on every stat block.

Yes, they've listed a possible Rifts-specific version a few times, but you should know by now that until it's done and at the printers, you cannot believe any speculative product announcements on Palladium's schedules. That's how they determine interest--announce something, and see how many people want it.

Unless that ever happens, you've got a perfectly good D&G already. Even if it does happen, it'll almost certainly just be a repackaging of the PFRPG version, without the stats for Palladium's non-Rifts games.
