As did DC Heroes (not the later, weaker DC Universe). It also had a possession power the author of the article claimed was in no other superhero RPG. Specifically because Jericho, a Teen Titan, had this power.

I like MnM a great deal and in my opinion the authors really liked the DC (as did I, my favorite) or MEGS (Blood of Heroes) system and ported it to MnM.
