Thanks to Sergio for reviewing this game -- it's the only review I've ever seen for it. I've always seen it in Chaosium's backlist and wondered about it.

I am willing to bet the likelihood of a reprint is slim, for two reasons:

a) I expect the Prince Valiant license has expired. Someone would have to renogatiate with Hal Fischer, or even worse, his estate. (I don't know which, is he still kicking?)

b) I expect that Chaosium would, probably correctly, surmise that it would not sell well enough to justify a run. I don't think Prince Valiant has had more than a cult following. Chaosium has had bigger properties tank. I mean, they dumped freakin' PENDRAGON.

I'd say the best chance would be to convice another publishing house to do a new version, a la Green Knight w/ Pendragon, or Atlas w/ Ars Magica. Chaosium has a good history of licensing their properties.
