Hi,

it's great to read a review on this great game - another Greg Stafford classic. I bought my copy of PV back in '93 or '94 and although we played it only a few times I consider it to be one of the most inventive games I ever encountered.

it also came before the wave of storytelling-games, most of them having it on their label only, not on the inside...it was a true - but more or less unnoticed by the gaming public - change of paradigm! in one point I have to disagree with the author of the review: the minimalistic approach of PV is one thing that wasn't new at all - Tunnels&Trolls had it already back in the mid 70s...
