Picked this up recently. Haven't had chance to play yet, but here are some differences I've spotted.

* Now published by Atlas Games. The revised rules sheet is downloadable from the site at http://www.atlas-games.com/dungeoneer/.

* Characters have 4 levels rather than 3.

* Instead of piles of tokens, Glory and Peril are now tracked using a single token each on a special card with a numbered track, printed on the backs of the ruleds summary cards.

* Card discard and draw happens at the end of the turn.

There's also a second set, 'Vault of the Fiends'.
