Uh, NO. Tolkein did not write the Middle Earth books as propoganda of any kind. The Hobbit started as a tale for his kids, while the Lord of the Rings is largely an allegory. LotR is no more propoganda than are the Narnia Chronicles. C.S. Lewis and Tolkein were among the best of friends, and often advised each other's work. You can call ME racist if you like (I have no idea where you get this from), boring (if you think so, I can't tell you otherwise), and illogical (I don't see this either, but that's ok). But to call it fascist propoganda is simply inaccurate.
